Натомість, не секрет, що сфера виконання судових рішень в Україні врегульована набагато гірше, аніж судовий процес. Часто норми законодавства про виконавче провадження є нелогічними та суперечливими, причому в значно більшій мірі, аніж норми, що регулюють судовий процес.
