Problems of refunding a deposit have become more frequent due to recent events in Ukraine.

According to www.finance.ua: "Revolutionary actions in the country and Russian annexation of the Crimea raised panic among Ukrainians in February and March. People tried to refund deposits and convert UAH into foreign currency. Those people who was not so successful in this before increase of exchange currency rate felt jealousy to those who were more lucky. One may think that people got used to sleep on a volcano. However, the problem of refunding deposits remained since not everybody managed to do it"
