Efforts taken by the lawyers of Law company “Deshunin and Partners” resulted in cancellation of tax decision notices (VAT, income tax) in the amount of more than 1 mln hrn.

Prosecution of tax authority, based on “fictitious” of business transactions has been successfully denied in the court of the first instance as well as in appeal.
