Requirement to submit 3-PN statements [UA] У багатьох бухгалтерів, кадровиків та юристів донині виникають питання щодо необхідності подання звіту щодо наявних вакансій за формою 3-ПН. Вказану форму звітності та порядок її подання затверджено Наказом МСПУ від 31.05.2013 року № 316. Нею фактично замінено стару форму З-ПН. Тобто нову форму звіту було введено, але це не зменшило кількості питань щодо даної форми звітності – радше навпаки: питань побільшало. Отже, згідно з вказаним наказом форма подається за наявності у роботодавця попиту на робочу силу (вакансії) не пізніше 10-ти робочих днів з дати.. |
