Usage of Russian language in the document flow on the territory of the Crimea [UA] Відповідно до п. 138.2 ст. 138 Податкового кодексу України від 2 грудня 2010 року N 2755-VI, зі змінами та доповненнями (далі - ПКУ), витрати, які враховуються для визначення об'єкта оподаткування, визнаються на підставі первинних документів, що підтверджують здійснення платником податку витрат, обов'язковість ведення і зберігання яких передбачено правилами ведення бухгалтерського обліку та інших документів, встановлених розділом II ПКУ. Зокрема, п. 44.1 ст. 44 р. II ПКУ визначено, що для цілей оподаткування платники податку.. |
